Renovation of office space near the Royal Castle Amalienborg in Copenhagen. During the renevation project,  Wolff Svendsen A/S has used the cutting robot for cutting Fermacell fiber gypsum as well as Saint-Gobain Gyproc boards.

KOBOTS 925 was rented for the project when the company needed reliable ressources and more hands for finishing the project in due time. With the cutting robot as an integrated part of the cutting process, the carpenters optimized their workflow. This resulted in less errors and faster construction.

– We had a lack of workers and choose to include the cutting robot into the project. With the cutting robot, one man can feed 3-5 men with boards and we thus solved the challenge with lack of ressources. At the same time, I can see that we have less cuttings with errors because.

– To begin with, we had a period of getting aquainted with the cutting robot and changing the workflow. But with good training from Kobots, we quickly got used to it. If we experienced operational issues with the cutting robot, we quickly got support and no issues had negative consequences for the project. Service is top. Jonas Loft, Department Manager.
